I've been doing nails for some time, I'm happy if you book and it's even better you can go even without an appointment, however you have to explain clearly what shape you want to make your nails and feet and they'll make it perfectly for you, very clean shop, I recommend going there

I would prefer to give 0 stars but unfortunately that's not possible. I went to this place to get both a pedicure and a manicure. Nothing to say about the first, as regards the second I felt bad because the owner was unable to satisfy my requests. 1) I asked her to do a certain type of nail for me and when I saw that I didn't like it I kindly asked her to do it another way but I received a rude response to say the least 2) The nails are very crooked 3) The nail polish does not start where the nail is (certainly to ensure that regrowth is seen sooner than expected) 4) I read various reviews and the prices have skyrocketed, €70 for a job done very badly, it's not worth it at all. 5) As I mentioned before I found most of the staff to be surly and rude.

Place in via Nizza, small but clean. The girls are good (both normal and semi-permanent nail polish), but they are not very kind and in some cases downright rude. It is obvious that they only speak to each other in Chinese and only sometimes to the customers, but only with the most loyal ones while the others are not really considered. Furthermore, if you pay in cash they give you the points card, but they never give you the receipt.

They removed my nail polish (always done by them), which didn't last long, but when they removed the semi-permanent one using the cutter (remaining too long on each nail) they reduced my nails to pieces, leaving them very thin, they remained weakened and now I struggle to grow them. Rude girls.

Good but I must also say rude. They only speak to each other in Chinese, if you try to tell them something about the work they are doing (perhaps making the shape of a nail a little rounder rather than pointed for example) they even look at you badly. Furthermore, they don't do various colors that are present on the displays and that you ask to apply on your nails because they say it takes "too many layers"... I would say that you could rather remove these colors from the palettes if you really can't do them instead of keeping them there. Furthermore, it almost always happened to me that the semi-permanent or the gel did not start where the nail begins (where the cuticles are, so to speak) but further along and in this way the regrowth can be seen much sooner. Certainly one of the "cheapest" places (which is 5/10 euros less than average) in Turin, but at a certain point it is really annoying to go to this place.
